GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
* Unless stated otherwise during the reservation process, all confirmed reservations can be cancelled without any cancellation fee until 7 days before the arival date (e.g. if the check-in date in the reservation is 17.04.XX you may cancel fee-free until the 10.04.XX, including 10.04.XX) . For cancellations after this date, a cancelation fee equivalent of the nightly rate of the reserved hotel will be applied. The refund process will take place within the following 3 working days and any bank charges that may apply must be paid for by the client.
* In case of not checking in to the hotel on the day of arrival without any prior notice, the amount for the full stay wll be charged as a “no-show” fee, unless a proof of “ force majeure” condition (such as proven medical condition, flight cancelation, etc.) is presented by the client.
